Terms & Conditions
A Legal Disclaimer
These Terms of Service outline the general conditions governing the use of The Clean Shift’s website and requests for commercial cleaning services. Because every facility and service plan is different, the specific scope, schedule, pricing, payment terms, access procedures, responsibilities, exclusions, and cancellation terms will be stated in the written quote, proposal, service agreement, or other written confirmation accepted by the client.
If these general terms conflict with an accepted written service agreement, the service agreement will control. Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or receiving an estimate does not create a binding service relationship or guarantee availability. Services are scheduled only after the scope, pricing, start date, and applicable terms have been accepted in writing and confirmed by The Clean Shift.
Information presented on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results, service availability, or pricing.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By accessing The Clean Shift’s website, submitting a request for a quote, approving a proposal, scheduling service, or using our commercial cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional written terms associated with your service plan. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or schedule services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to request or approve services for the business, organization, tenant, property owner, or facility you represent. By approving a quote or service agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to the applicable terms.
Descriptions provided on this website are general and do not guarantee that every task is included in every service. The confirmed scope of work, cleaning frequency, price, schedule, start date, and facility-specific requirements will be documented in writing before service begins.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and the condition of the facility known at the time of the estimate. If the facility’s size, condition, access requirements, requested tasks, or other circumstances differ materially from the original information, The Clean Shift may revise the scope, price, or schedule before completing additional work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate facility information, safe and timely access, functioning utilities when required, and any keys, badges, alarm instructions, or authorization needed to perform the approved services. The Clean Shift may pause, decline, or reschedule work when access is unavailable, conditions are unsafe, or the facility is materially different from the approved scope.
Payments, Scheduling & Cancellations
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and invoice due dates will be stated in the client’s written quote, service agreement, or invoice. Clients are responsible for paying all approved charges by the stated due date. The Clean Shift may pause future or recurring services when an account becomes past due.
Service dates and arrival windows are scheduled based on availability, facility access, and the approved cleaning plan. Exact completion times may vary depending on the facility’s condition, authorized changes to the scope, access delays, or circumstances outside The Clean Shift’s reasonable control.
Requests to change the service date, frequency, scope, or access instructions must be submitted with reasonable notice and confirmed by The Clean Shift. Changes may affect the service price, required time, staffing, or availability.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms stated in the accepted quote or service agreement. When insufficient notice is provided or our team cannot access the facility at the scheduled time, an applicable cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee may be charged if previously disclosed. Clients remain responsible for services already completed and any approved expenses incurred before cancellation.
